I am honored to share a special, personal moment with you. My grandparents who have been civilly married for 23 years decided they wanted their marriage blessed by the Catholic Church. I feel pretty lucky as at their civil ceremony years ago, I was a cute little 3-year old in a pink frilly dress and had the large responsibility of flower girl. Some odd years later I get to capture this beautiful moment and witness them rededicate the rest of their lives to one another. I’m fairly certain these are the only two days in my life that I’ve actually seen them kiss! Congratulations to my loving grandparents. I am so blessed that I am a witness to the growth of the love they share for one another.
